I like the service when it comes to online payment transaction, my only donwfall with the company is that the provided card didn't work at my local ATMs not sure if the problem is payoneers or the local banks, other than that i like this company a lot

Teh service is excellent, but the exange rates are horrible, maybe also a big reason to leave payoneer.

This is a huge scam. They sit on payments earn interest on innocent customers money.

Below is my old review for them. But now that i am using it for sure one star for them is to much. I had some issues with my account and i contacted them more than 3 or 4 time for the same problem and they didn't help me, and i guess it was just because they are not professional. One other think is with 'Refer a friend bonus', my friend did the signed up correctly and they are lying that he hasn't signed up because i refer it to him. And the problem is not with 25$ at All but how they can be so unprofessional and liars. If they can do this (with an option that they have add in their account) what can happen with my money. And the agent was so rude and he disconnected the chat while i was writing.
I'm new costumer using payoneer service and i have done some mistake while i registered my account and the staff were really helpful. I got my response in a few minutes. I will update my review after i will start using this service.

Payoneer is the best solution for get paid and make payment online. But sometime the charges are very much annoying. If they make a one time charge then I think it will better for me.

I had some trouble moving my Level $ to my designated Checking Acct I opened. I couldn't get ANY $ off of my ccard because it had expired & they didn't send out a new one. So they told me they would send me a new one but it would cost 4 I said no this wasn't my fault, they told me it would be to me in 3 days@ no cost. Well it didn't arrive for 7-10 days as the email said they sent UGH! I went to bank when it did come in ready to get the bank to transfer $ & the payoneer guy said you have to do it online UGH. So this A.M. I called payoneer & Matthew was the ONLY one that was able to assist. He got on computer & helped me all the way to fixing the $ to go straight to my Cking acct from now on. NOW if the $ gets there in 2 days I will be Happy. If not I'll be calling back.
