My personal thought that they were not going to be able to help, in the end they solved the problem.

I feel very happy using Payoneer. I believe it is the best way to get paid. Specially as a freelancer. When doing business you know that you have peace of mind that they be there to assist. Great customer service experience.

Recently am contacted, with payoneer customer care. But i am unsatisfied with their business. They told me i will get a reply before of 24 hours from their approval team. But 5-6 days overs am not get any single reply form their site. They were given me a fake assurance. I am disappointed.

I can not log in my account, immediately I contact the call center to share my account problem and they fully support to continue my account

Payoneer has been good to me but there's some improvements needed in Mobile application and payment processing

My Card is expired and I'm being asked to load the expired card with fund in order to get it renewed which should not be compulsory. The purpose of renewal is obviously to load the card with fund. I think Payoneer should stop asking this irrelevant and out of the way requirement.
