I still haven't been able to process my first payment. Responsibility on that is both on me and Payoneer - I have not met requirements for validation of some things, while on the other side when provided insufficient data, there was no input why data is wrong, while data actually was almost good - which got me confused completely. But after a call to the service I cleared all out with some great help from agent there. I reached to chat agents 2 days earlier and first time got disconnected due waiting for agent and in second try got nothing useful from that chat.
So I would say - service is excellent, but line of communication in exception cases should be better on site itself so there is no need for support agents to intervene.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
