Quick transfers, but chronically poor & frustrating customer service. They really don't care about their customers. They don't give any useful guidance to their customers, especially when you have a problem using their system. They don't respond to emails, the live chat is almost inaccessible. They give incomplete information, leaving the customer wondering what to do next.

The service of Payoneer is great it's an easy bank, also the fees is very sheap and acceptable, thank you very much
