After years using payoneer and more than $50k of transactions they blocked my account fro two weeks and I did not get any answer back from them on why the block or when it will be fixed.
Payoneer offers professional services and are quick to help with customers services inquiries. Their web page is easy to use and answers to some questions are already provided for users on holidays or weekends.It is easy to follow transactions of your account online and provide feed back to the bank at any time.

I wanted to transfer my money to my Revolut account, which is much cheaper and much more sympatetic. Payoneer doesn't allow me to withdraw my money to a UK based bank. Why? Short answer: just because. Long answer:
"We understand you wish to withdraw to a bank account in the UK. Unfortunately your account configuration does not support this. You may add a bank account from any country that appears in the drop-down list when adding an account. We apologize for any inconveniences."
All this after 3 working days.
