Whenever a user email you it could take up to 5 days to reply, thats not acceptable since it is involving money, and it should be handled immediately, otherwise I would have rate 5 starts
I had a problem because I did not receive money sent to me for over 2 days. I called payoneer to help and oh wow was I impressed. The representative by the name of Leonie stayed on the phone the entire time until the problem was resolved and during the entire call she was pleasant and supportive and polite. I love payoneer.

After 5 years of being with Payoneer, I"m considering leaving due to the fast deteriorating customer loop. It took me 4 calls to get one issue resolved. I finally spoke to someone who knew what she was doing. I guess Payoneer is going to try to save money by hiring call center staff with little or no training but it will eventually show in your numbers.
