Since two weeks I have problems to receive my money to my local bank. It is taking more than a week to get my payments and it is running me to financial problems. So, I am really disappointed since two weeks. Before two weeks payoneer is doing really great job and If I give the feedback before two weeks then definitely I will give 10 stars out 5 if I could. But now I give him this three stars due to 2nd time it is giving me an issue. I am really thinking to switch to alternate method. But I will wait till next time. How they performe if no improvement then I will good bye to payoneer...
About 17 days ago, Payoneer asked me to provide some document. I provided them and they emailed me that it will take 3-5 business days to verify it. About, 17 days have already passed till now, despite of many calls, they are just saying that we have set it on high priority and waiting for the approval from Verification Department. What type of policy is that? Instead of 5 business days, on maximum side, about 17 days have passed, and I am still waiting for their email...
I believe they are doing their best to make us satisfied. They have saved me a lot of money as it is free to transfer from Payoneer to Payoneer.
The procedure is easy and understandable and customer care service is too good and quick. There is always space for improvement and I think they will keep upgrading their procedures and working.

I feel bad for the customer service department for the BS guidelines and rules set by Payoneer:
1. What kind of company sends a card via normal shipping with no tracking number and then tells me to find it in the "nearest local post office" without the exact office address?
2. Despite having my documents approved, they want me to reapprove it after I had to reorder the card that got lost in shipping. Of course, this process took me another week.
3. Then there is a $14 activation fee, JUST to activate my card?
4. I had to reorder my card 3 times since August of 2020 and now I'm supposedly getting it at the end of November. It is taking me five months for the products and services I ALREADY paid for?
5. Customer service is great, but these people are just cleaning up after the company's terrible and difficult policies. It drains your will to live.
Seriously, I just want my hard-earned money and delete my account.
Experience with Payoneer has been beyond disappointing and to be frank I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Problem 1
Payoneer will seek EVERY single paper you have... and papers on your relatives if possible. They ask me to provide my current address. I am from Ukraine and live here. Our Constitution clearly states, that we as citizens are not obliged to inform anyone about our movements and residence. Payoneer thinks otherwise. Right now Payoneer obliges me to provide them with utility bill with my name on it. If there is no name on it I need to provide them with rental agreement. If I live with my mom I need to prove that she is indeed my mom, so naturally they want her marriage sertificate where her second name is the same as mine. Does this start sound bull$#*! to you? Well it should. "This is our requirement to continue providing our services to you". Well, if I have a cable man at my flat he does not ask me for such papers but he still provides me with payed services. Or another good question: when will Payoneer require me to install web cameras in my bedroom to continue to provide me with services?
Problem 2
Everyone at this point knows how impossible is to contact Payoneer via help center. All you get is auto-bot replies which lead to nothing.
I am so happy that I use Payoneer and they are the best! My experience with them is incredible, they are always there to help us with any issues if we have and to say one and only word: They are Perfect!
