Right out the gate - Price! Price! Price! Payne's prices are incredible! What's more incredible is the super selection of stylish frames. I was skeptical that low price, meant low quality. Wrong! The quality was every bit as good as any pair of glasses I currently own. Instructions on apps to aid in measuring PD helpful and easy to follow. What else can one say? The buying experience from price to selection to delivery was first class!

I ordered the same size as previously ordered and the are too big for my face. Different frame I guess. I need to send back
I'm very pleased with my purchase. The glasses are beautiful and the cost is excellent. I purchased glasses at a local eye doctor and paid five times the price using my frame! Never again. I'm so glad I came across Payne.
I received my order but I could not see more than 9 inches from my face. I called my optometrist and asked them if the prescription they gave me for computer glasses was correct. They said it was. I called Payne and asked them why the glasses I received were so strong that it was like looking through a magnifying glass. We went over the prescription and found that the figures that I put on my order were correct but somehow an additional 2.5 were added to them because the were reading glasses. The Customer agent, Katie was a pleasure to work with and she set up a new order for replacement glasses. I loved the frames that I choose.

Have ordered glasses online in the past. Payne Glasses is hands down the best of them. I own 2 pairs of progressive lens glasses, and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses. My lady has 5 pairs of their glasses. At the quality and price point, there are none better.
