I have had two great experiences with Payne Glasses. I got sunglasses and progressives with this company. I have had no problems with either order. I was worried about the progressives not being correct for my sight but that didn't happen. The process with simple and I really enjoy the savings over getting the glasses through traditional services.
I originally bought this frame in the clear brown color but they blended in with my face and didn't do anything for me. After calling customer service and then sending them back, they replaced the frames with the darker color and I absolutely love them. Great customer service- would absolutely recommend!

I have absolutely loved my glasses I've only had an issue with two out of like 30. My biggest complaint is they really do not have enough glasses for boys. Seriously get some more boy glasses. Preferably ones that can stretch for the kiddos with ADHD and autism!
