I purchased the initial trial training from Paw-Champ for about $15. Nowhere did I read that this was an auto-renew subscription. They did not notify me prior to the $38.95 charge the next month. I contacted customer support for a refund and to end my subscription and their response was, "The details regarding subscription are clearly outlined on the payment screen, so you could make an informed decision before proceeding." Notice they stated "on the payment screen." I saw no indication that this is an automatic renewal nor the cost before that. Honestly, I did not see that it was an auto renewal on the payment screen. Their automatic replies attempted to get me to continue the subscription at a reduced rate. Finally, they cancelled my auto-renewal (I hope) but still no refund of the first auto renewal. I'm checking on legal advice.

I signed up for a free trialand was charged 15 dollars... never downloaded anything from them and never tried thier program then got charged an additional 38 dollars with out my permission. I contacted them and complained about the charge and requested they refund me for the charge as i never used thier product. They refused. So now im out 54 dollars. Skip the scam buy a hard copy book of a similar legit trainer that makes money the honest way instead of taking peoples money without permission

Pet champ is a scam.
I signed up in good faith for the training for my two dogs but within a week my husband and I both were sick and were unable to do any of the training. I thought at that time it would be better if I just canceled and asked for a refund and would think about it again at a different time. Upon contacting them because on the site it says 30 day refund so I wasn't worried at that time. I said I was unable to use any of it and I would really like to have my refund. They said use it for a week and blah blah blah and then we can give you more of a refund I said I'm unable to. We're very elderly and we've been sick and they gave me back $15. It's the biggest scam and rip off.
I only have my emails and capital one records

Scam. The videos were very difficult to understand and basically said always use a treat. I gave up after 3 days. They said 100% satisfaction guarantee. No refund. I was willing to write off the initial $45 as a bad purchase.

Then, 6 months later - surprise -they billed me $95 for my "subscription". I avoid subscriptions like the plague and don't remember seeing anywhere that this was one. They now refuse to let me cancel the subscription - said cancellation was only allowed for 30 days.

Total ripoff. Paypal was of no help in resolving.

Guys this is unbelievable after x1 yr and x1 month.
Finally Daisy has done her poo in the garden.
This is such a breakthrough. And I have only been with you guys about 2 days.

Like I said I watched your videos from about Christmas 2025 and kept thinking ' just another money scam' but I was so wrong. In my desperation I reached out. I'm excited about this journey as Daisy comes with so many needs. So loving and heeps of energy. Hairs a pin 📌 drop and goes off running and investigating. Sooo much love in her too.
