I order 4 glasses on the 1st of December, it's still sitting in confirmation. I had reached out earlier this week and was told processing should take 5-7 days... well it's been 18. If my product does not arrive before xmas I will dispute it with my cc company PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED
It's really too bad they seem to have nice product
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
Happy Holidays everyone... all except the customer service at this company

December 18, 2020

Worst company I've ever dealt with and customer service sucks. I ordered my glasses 2 weeks before Christmas, paid the extra shipping and will NOT get them in time. And NOT out of stock. Lame excuse about "processing time". How long does it take to pack 3 glasses in a box and ship?!?!?!. Will never use this company again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I placed an order on Nov 21. The status of the order remained at acknowledged for 9 business days. Finally receive email that the order is on it's way and was given a tracking number. Order remained at "label printed" stage for 2 days. After 2 more days, it is still sitting at the USPS facility in FL. I ordered Christmas gifts and I doubt I will receive them in time. I understand things are crazy, particularly with the mail, but 9 days to even get the order together? I do not understand and feel this is acceptable. It's a shame, they have some interesting merchandise, but how good is it if they cannot fulfill the order?

Poor customer service
November 6, 2020

I ordered several items from them and was missing one item so I contacted them with the problem via email. No response so I sent a follow-up and they asked for pictures, which I sent. No response after a week. I sent another email today and will wait to see if they will answer this one. The packing list had a spot for 'inspected by' and 'fulfilled by' but neither one was signed or initialed. Items I did receive are good but missing an item I paid for is unacceptable. I do not recommend them at this point in time. I will contact Paypal to see about a partial refund for the item I did not receive.

This internet company is obviously new since this is the first review. I wish I could say they performed in a 5-Star manner. My order took an inordinate amount of time and was never fully filled. After several contacts and over 3-1/2 weeks of non-receipt, I filed a case with PayPal. A week after the case was filed I received a partial order with no explanation, no back-order noted. Once again I contacted them, and they apologized and said they were back-logged. Since this order was for Presidential campaign materials I fail to understand the lack of stock. Long story short PayPal refunded my money. THEN I received a notification from The Patriot's Cave asking me to prove my order was only partially fulfilled by sending them copies of the shipping documents. By this time I had all my money back from PayPal and had trashed the shipping materials. The quality of the partial order was good but I had to go out and buy other signs locally to get what I wanted.

I sincerely hope they improve their Customer Service communication going forward because this left a really bad taste in my mouth.
