Bought a bourbon glass based on the photos on their website. What I received looked nothing like the photo - etching was very faint and hard to see. Very poor quality. Not worth dealing with the company to get a replacement or refund.
I am extremely unsatisfied with Patriots Cave. I would speak to someone directly about this but its impossible to reach a human being. I understand COVID has had a significant impact on businesses around the world so I have had some grace on this. However, I made a purchase Dec. 9,2020 understanding the order may not arrive before Christmas. I had a question about my purchase. Called in, was on hold for an hour without reaching someone. During my hold time I chatted in and finally reached someone 20 min after initiating my chat. A month after making my purchase I still had not been notified my order had shipped. I tried chatting in, with no agent available. I sent in an email with no response for days. I emailed again to follow up. Still no response. Tried a live chat, still not agent available. My purchased was finally shipped a week after my first email and I was given the wrong item. Tried chatting in again now and no agent available. Been sitting on hold for 35 min now as I write this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 whiskey glasses and 4 masks on Dec 9,2020. I did receive a package on Dec 26 however the 4 masks where nowhere near what I ordered (the whiskey glasses were OK). I ordered THIS MASK IS AS USELESS AS OUT GOVERNOR, and I got MASKING UNDER PROTEST. WTH? I have sent numerous emails and messages on social media pages and STILL have not got a single reply. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Now I have to go through disputing the charges with my bank. Lame..
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET HERE. THESE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS BUT TWO THINGS ARE WRONG. THEY GOT HERE THREE WEEKS AFTER CHRISTMAS AND THE QUALITY IS $#*!. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO GIVE IT OUT. AND I AM NOW GETTING HASSELED OVER A REFUND
Glasses were received shattered - no response from "customer service." I have contested the credit card charge.
I got the F Biden, F You glass and my family loved it. We all shared a good laugh over Christmas. It came in bubble wrap and everything was smooth sailing. I would highly recommend this company to everyone considering they were able to do all this during a pandemic too.
Just in time to pack and deliver all kinds of goodies to my friends. I actually put my order in kind of late so I was glad that they got it here on time. The glasses look fantastic and everyone loved their special 2020 snowflakes for the tree. Thank you Patriot's Cave for allowing me to give super unique presents to some of my patriotic family and friends.
Avoid this company. They are glad to take your dough but awful customer service. Zero communication once cash in their hands
I ordered November 28th and my order is still in processing. No response to two emails and no phone number to call.
I placed a large order on this American based site on December 2nd... and today, 12/26... Order not here and no update as to why it is still not here.
I began calling them a week ago every single day to check why my order had not yet been shipped. Their online chat feature was mildly helpful. The chat bot said I had been upgraded to Expedited shipping... but a label was not created until Saturday, December 19th. It was being shipped via FedEx and I was cautiously optimistic the package would arrive by the delivery date of 12/24. Christmas Eve was too late for about half of the gifts that are in the package it's still would work for the remaining people we would see after Christmas.
Imagine my surprise waking up on December 26 and not seeing any updated tracking information since December 22. This is American-based company should be able to fill orders almost an entire month before Christmas. The delay in getting this order is unacceptable. Can I hold the responsibility against the company and not FedEx.
I understand there are shipment delays and things are moving slower with delivery companies because of the plandemic... but they had this order almost 3 weeks before even sending it out for delivery. The delivery company delays should've been accounted for and the package should've been shipped sooner.
At this point, I'm going to go in and just cancel the charges on my credit card because when and if this package ever gets here it is just gonna be a thorn in my side and useless since half the people we were giving these to have now gone back to their homes.
This company has very desired products... and need to get their act together. This really is unacceptable. I didn't order custom things.
This company do not fulfill their promises and when I file a dispute with PayPal, all of a sudden they have your items! It took them over 3 weeks just to ship my items. Their website says they can not provide ship dates and I know why, it's because they don't have any of their products. This company sucks and I will never buy from them again!
I ordered Christmas Gifts for my crew on November 29th. Their website says 5-7 for shipping. When we had not received the gifts we emailed their "customer service" on the 16th. No reply. I finally called on December 21st. After 28 minutes on hold I finally got a rep that said the order had not even been fulfilled yet. She "escalated" it and said they would have it to me by Christmas. December 22nd still had no shipping email, called again. Another 23 minutes on hold for a rep. Thus time a dude tells me he is going to personally call the fulfillment department. That evening I get a shipping email. Expected Delivery date of December 29th! I call again and sit on hold for another 25 minutes and a different dude tells me there is nothing they can do to expedite the order after it has already shipped. So now I won't have these before Christmas and am going to have to pay my own postage to send them to the guys that were in town for Christmas but gone back home before I get them in!
PLACED AN ORDER ON DECEMBER 4 WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING - NOW 12-23-20, THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED- THEY DO NOT HAVE THE INVENTORY TO FULFILL THEIR ORDERS. AWFUL TO DEAL WITH!
I ordered whiskey glasses for my sister for a Christmas gift. Patriot Cave sent the wrong glasses. I have spent approximately 5 hours ( over several days) in their queue to speak with a customer service representative, sent emails and tried the online chat... nothing. I can deal with mistakes but make it right when mistakes happen. Very disappointed. I will never use or recommend anyone else to use this company. When I see posts for them on Facebook, I will comment with my negative experience and their lack of integrity.
I placed an order at the beginning of December (4th) received no updates on shipping nothing saying there was a problem etc. I sent several emails- no response. I called left message no call back. I finally got a call response the live chat. Order has not even been processed (it's December 21st) I get there are issued communicate that. I will never use this company again. They lost me as a customer.
One star rating because I cannot select zero. I ordered 3 glasses on 12/5. They took my payment immediately of course. After two weeks, I began calling and emailing and "chatting" with them. On one of the "chats", the chat-er told me "you didn't order personalized items, so I assume it will arrive before Christmas" (I have a screen shot of it) yet, they haven't even shipped yet. When I spoke with "Charles" on the phone, I got the same canned answer that everyone else does. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
Ordered two glasses 11/26 and attempted to contact this company multiple times. When I finally got a response I was told bc I ordered thanksgiving weekend product would probably not ship till12/14. Well guess what still has not shipped. This company is the absolute worst, I will be disputing charges
Ordered 12/4 and still no ship date provided. What about Christmas- I guess I start over and find something from a honest company
I feel this company is a scam. Order has been placed for weeks, has said order placed for days... I have emailed company and all they tell me is a ticket has been made.
It took 3 weeks to process my order after I emailed twice and did a chat with "customer service" who closed the chat. 3 mins after I asked for the refund a label was created for shipping and they were no longer able to process my refund until I returned the items. Customer service was very unprofessional and told me that after they get the returned items it would be 2 weeks before they would be able to process the refund. This company is an absolute joke.

Answer: Its not easy to get ahold of customer service because you cant. They don't have live agents available anymore either. I've checked repeatedly.
