I really enjoy buying on PatPat site. The clothes are super cute and good quality. The customer service is super friendly and professional. I purchased already twice and planning to purchase again.
Hi a voucher was added to my account for value of 18.50$. For a wrong order I received.
I was asked for a refund or a voucher. I said a voucher as I was going to make purchases but seems like that voucher is no good to me as I cannot use it with any other voucher already in my account. Can you take that 18.50$ voucher from my account and issue me a refund. So I can use other voucher and save shipping costs also because after applying voucher on an order I see that I have to pay shipping.
This is truly unfair. Can you refund 18.50 To my account payment method please?

Order got lost in the mail but Customer service was great to work with. I was able to get a full refund with no issues.
I had placed 4 separate orders with Pat Pat 3 out of the 4 arrived. The 4th had a shipping delay and once I emailed customer service they were extremely quick to respond - less than 24 hours and they resolved the issue as my package arrived yesterday! The clothing is amazing quality for really good prices. Absolutely love this shop and will continue to order for my baby girl and for family matching outfits.
Order the next size up because your kid will out grown it before you receive your order. Put in my order 04/19/21 and it is 05/04/21 and I still don't have it. Shipping says "arrived at origin shipping facility"

Ho effettuato un ordine un paio di gironi fa, ieri ho ricevuto l'ordine e in questo ordine c'erano un paio di scarpe che ha mio nipote vanno grandi perché mi è arrivato numero 28 (come da foto in allegato), io non sapevo che la taglia 26 selezionata da me corrisponde al numero 28, ieri ho contattato l assistenza e sono stati gentilissimi con un gg hanno effettuato la rispedizione dell articolo ordinato da me con il numero esatto, sono stati molto gentili.
