Ordered 3 items for my son and still have not received my package. Ordered on March 30th and it is now May 8th. Chat support is no help when all they do is give me the tracking link. My package has been out for delivery for the past week apparently jumping around from post office to post office. This website seems like a scam to me. Yea there clothes are really cheap but by the time I actually get them my son will already be In the next size up. Get it together.
I recently had an experience where customer service was involved…. It was the nicest, most pleasant experience ever! Not only was I given a discount but they were so kind and allowed me to keep the clothing I had ordered. This is an excellent company and I will definitely order from PatPat anytime I need cute, well made baby and infant outfits!
