I downloaded the PatPat app a while ago and window shopped for the longest time, putting item into my basket and then not purchasing because I wasn't sure the quality would be any good and after buying through other clothing sites and being disappointed I didn't want to waste my money however before Christmas I decided to get a few bits. A hat, fleece onesie and a couple of two pieces. I spent $50 and thought if it was rubbish then at least it wasn't $$$ (even though $50 is a lot of money!). My package took 5 weeks to come but this wasn't PatPats fault. It sat in Vancouver sorting office for 3 weeks due to Covid. When it did arrive I was pleasantly surprised! My items were awesome! Great quality and super cute. Did they wash up ok!? You betcha! They look just like new! The colours were still vibrant after 1, 2, 3, 4 washes. My baby is on the small side and the items are on the larger side which is great because she's had so much wear out of them! Over the Canadian winter she was never out of the fleece onesie and it took a beating! After about 4 months wear (almost everyday) the zip broke but that's ok! It cost $7. I think that's pretty good! So now it's coming into summer I decided to do a big order and bought 25 items and they're all fantastic. I only had to change 2 items (trainers) as they were too small but after speaking to the wonderfully helpful SHAMIAH, I was sent the correct size which arrived a week later. I've since got my Mum, neighbour and my friend in Australia ordering from PatPat as I can't fault them. Really cute clothes that are affordable, great quality and a company that takes care of their customers.
If you're in doubt. Don't be! Your only trouble will not being able to stop hitting that buy button! Thanks!

I recently discovered this site and searched for reviews to see if it was worth ordering. Well I've already placed a couple of orders! Baby clothes are made with good cotton, even if the price is low. While those for adults are often in lycra or synthetic material but still very well made! The sizes are exact and the prints are well done. The only drawback is the shipping which takes between 10 and 15 days, but the wait is worth it! The package arrives tightly closed and sealed, each item has its own plastic bag with zip that can be reused for a lot of things (I put the diapers to keep in the change bag). Only once did I receive an incorrect product and was refunded the amount without having to deal with the return (which would be at the expense of the customer). I recommend this site!

I'm completely astonished with the service from this company. Not only shipping was fast, the quality of the products were better than I expected and when I had an issue with sizing they went above and beyond to solve it. I wish other online services valued their costumers like that.
