I have had a great experience with patpat. My items were delivered in less than two weeks. Though I was not sure what to expect, I took a chance in hopes that materials would be of great quality and I must say that I am please. Absolutely beautiful garments too.

The dresses did not fit me, I contacted the customer service, they answered me on the same day, Elaine was the person who spoke to me, she is very kind and solved my problem, she gave me several options. I ordered for the first time and received my order SO QUICKLY! Everything was amazing except 2 of the bras I bought were too big despite following the size guide online. I contacted customer service and they resolved my issue RIGHT AWAY. Their customer service is amazing! I'm extremely impressed! I will be buying from patpat again!
