Recently I had to contact their customer support, as one small article was missing. I was nicely surprised about their professionalism, they replied very fast in a friendly polite manner. I got a voucher for my next purchase. Happy with that.

Great pricing on items, I was concerned about ordering at first but items arrived after about 3 weeks and are great. Some didn't fit well, but patpat response to my feedback on this immediatly and offered a voucher or refund. Really good customer service!
