I purchased a bathing suit for my four year old to match her mothers. The quality was great but the same issue took place. The bottoms were perfect however the top was too small. Her mom had the same problem but PATPAT customer service was prompt to fix the situation!

Fantastic customer service was provided when I contacted Patpat for a refund. The representative was very patient as I gathered requested information so she could process the refund. I also was pleasantly surprised to be told to donate the clothing to charity instead of returning!

I've been ordering patpat for almos 2 years now and I more than satisfy with my orders and the Customer service.
The quality of the materials are great and the price is correct. It's a good value for money.
My baby boy is now 18months and i'll continue to dress with patpat as long as I find his size.
I purchased clothing early July and never received my package. I contacted patpat and they asked for proof. The postmaster wrote a letter stating the package was not delivered to my address. Patpat assured me then that it would be 24 hours and a resolution would be met. It has been almost a month and 5 separate contacts, and no response from the logistics team that was suppose to handle the replacement. At this point I'm not sure a package even shipped, as they will not accept customer contact and no refund was given.
