I contact their customer service to amend my shipping adress after the item has been processed and they replied me in less than 24h! So fast, thanks to Casseylene. I often buy here every month. Their clothing collection are nice, good quality and different from other brands and website. Regular customer here!

A great customer service team, who patiently resolved my issue with shipping name and address mix-up. The response was quick and very helpful on understanding how can i proceed to receive the order.

I'm trying to return items, cause they don't fit. I've waited for Customer Service chat, cause their email is down... And I got to the point of being third in line then I get the error "no agents available. We can't chat right now. Try again later." Despite them claiming on their website their chat is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Don't bother with this site.

El problema que sucedió fue que al momento de enviar mi pedido me percate que a mí dirección de envío le faltaba el número de domicilio el cual me preocupaba porque no sabría si llegaría el paquete a mi casa o a dónde. Recurrí con Pat pat atención al cliente y súper rápido me atendieron al instante modificaron mi dirección muy amables y cordiales muy respetuoso les agradezco mucho la ayuda me quitaron una preocupación de encima al saber que no me llegaría a mi domicilio
