The clothes we received were on time and cute, but the sizes are way off. Clothes much bigger than US equivalents, except for shoes which are much smaller. Wanted to exchange but their policy is making it so difficult we might just give the shoes away and keep the clothes for another year for our child to grow into them. First to initiate a review you have to email them, nothing can be done online in their website. After they received our email they asked for SKU numbers, as if they can't see our order? There are no SKU numbers on the website or in the order, so we have to literally grab the plastic bags they arrived in, get a magnifying glass and type every one into an email. Ridiculous. We didn't even make it that far, clearly a policy to deter exchanges and refunds. Also they don't supply shipping labels, not the end of the world but obviously we'd have to pay full price retail for the shipping, where business shipping when provided by a company is usually about half that price. It was also difficult to understand what the return process is from their website. Again, I think they're just making it difficult to initiate returns. Just not worth the headache for the $100 we spent, since most items will be usable sometime in the future. But we'll never shop here again and can't recommend this company because of the return policy.

Bought 2 sets for the twins as Xmas presents. The quality of workmanship is poor. One leg is shorter than the other. Emailed customer service they refused to do anything as the item was on sale. So be careful to buy on this website as you get what you pay for. Sometimes you lose money for item you can't use.

I've ordered once from PATPAT in 2019 and I was pleased.
Decided to try them out again to avoid the Xmas rush.
I ordered just over the minimum to qualify for free shipping in NZ to test waters.
I will be going back to order more, based on the speediness of delivery, price and quality. I'm not saying it's fantastic quality but if you've tried the ali express, wish type places, it's exactly like buying from your local $2 shop. I would say quality of the $2 type shops (selling their clothing at around PATPAT prices are at 3-4/10 and PATPAT are about 5.5-7/10 quality based on my recent experience. I have purchased a great amount of clothing for country markets during this time mums cant get what they need or want.
These goods are great beautiful material, and so wel made and great variety, I love the designs and cloors, and so do the mums.
We do it for charity and so we just a add a couple dollars. We also hand make chuilkdren bibs play toys

I always got excellent items from patpat. This past time I got a shirt I was not happy with! Customer service representative RONNIE, really helped me! Replied back fast and gave me options of a refund or to go towards my shopping at checkout. I didn't even have to return the item! Which thank God cause shipping would have costed more then the shirt! I was very upset at the shirt but after Ronnie helped me I was very satisfied
