Wanted to try some nursing shirts out. I kept 2 of the 5. Quality of the shirts were nice. Just didnt like how it fit on myself. But when it came to returning the items, customer service was excellent!
I recently ordered matching swimsuits for my kids, husband and myself and i am in love with the swimsuits, good quality and true to the size. Can't wait to wear them in our vacation.
I ordered some nursing tops from Pat Pat shortly ago. They came pretty quickly from time ordered, and while a slightly different fabric than thought, I loved them. Unfortunately a few sizes were off and I had to contact customer service about returns. I was a bit nervous about as I have had horrible experiences with returns previous. Jimmy from Customer Service at Pat Pat was amazing however, and responded quickly and with the process of how to address the returns issue and resolved the matter in a matter of days. While I will purchase again from this company for the product, I will do so even more for the customer service.
I ordered a girls size 7/8 but it was very small compared to a typical size 7/8. PatPat customer service were very great to work with and are sending the correct size free of charge.
I have bought both maternity wear and baby clothing from this site and have been very impressed with the quality of the products and the speed of delivery.
A couple of the items of baby clothing arrived seeming bigger than what I ordered, I contacted customer service and they responded quickly with a number of options for how to rectify the issue, all of which were very generous considering according to the tags they had given me the sizes that I had requested.
I have just done my second order through them because their range is fantastic and the quality is better than expected for such cheap prices.

Very easy buying experience - items took a couple of weeks to arrive but assume that's because they are made & shipped abroad. I ended up not liking a couple of items - nothing wrong with them, just changed my mind once I saw them and the return process was very easy and straight forward.

My daughter found this dress while searching on Google, I had never heard of it before. We found a beautiful Easter / Party dress for her at an amazing price. I was very happy with the quality of the dress. It was sewn together very well and nothing fell off or was missing. It fit her perfectly and she was very excited about it also. At first I was a little surprised at the time it took to ship, however when I learned it was coming out of the country to the US, I understood and it was not a problem. The pictures on the web are somewhat misleading, was expecting a different fabric. One came with a spot. The customer service has been very helpful and accomodating though!

My email was responded in good timing and with full information requested with shipping information. My inquiry was responded to in a timely manner and with credible information.
So by this time i have ordered close to 16 pieces of clothes (for my kid and myself too). Want to share with you guys that the products are amazing as far as quality of fabric, size, price and creative designs are concerned. Initially, i had my little concerns about the delivery of the products as it takes time for overseas purchase but thanks to the entire Customer Service Team of PatPat, specially JIMMY who has looked after all my issues and resolved them as early as possible and responded early to all my emails.
I won't be lying to say that more than the experience of buying from Patpat, i had a great experience with the Customer Service Team. Indeed, they made it a smooth journey for me.
