I have had 10 exchanges with customer service about what should be a very simple issue. Yes, 10! I even sent screen shots three separate times and they keep sending me stock wording about "policies" that do not apply to my issue. The issue was a website error that didn't allow me to claim my already purchased discount (with points that are now lost). I am more annoyed at no resolution than the lost money. That a company cannot find a solution is frustrating, to say the least. I have purchased numerous times from Pat Pat, but am extremely frustrated this time around.
Quality clothes at a cheap price and their customer care are very supportive. Definitely, I will order more.
PatPat is the BEST to order children clothes off, they are such a wide variety for both boys, girls & gender neutral. Not to mention the price is right! I'm very pleased with every item I have received and would recommend PatPat to everyone!
