I ordered the wrong thing and wanted to cancel my order but since they didn't have this option online i contacted costumer service and they were quick and efficient at helping me out. I'm one happy costumer! (this is the second time i ordered from them and last time i had a great experience) If you want to know if you should order from them i say go ahead if you have any issues just email costumer service they take max 48 hours to reply but usually reply in one day.
I am so incredibly disappointed in this company. I placed an order for over $100 worth of clothing for my little one and Christmas presents for some others, and now I'm not going to receive my clothes or a refund because of their screw up. They failed to put my house number in the address, which I quadruple checked when placing the order. I then received an email from them several days after attempted delivery saying I needed to contact the postal service to correct the error. After doing so, I was told by the postal service that if I had been notified the day of attempted delivery, they could have fixed it, but the package was already shipped back to the company. So I reached out, and was told they wouldn't be resending my package because it had likely "been destroyed by the postal service" (even though the post office told me it had been returned) and they wouldn't refund my money because it was my fault for not looking at my confirmation email to confirm the address (after I had checked it and it was correct on the app when placing the order), but for my trouble they would give me 10% off my next order. What a total joke and scam. If you want to ever receive your cute clothing, and not get scammed out of hundreds of dollars, make sure to never order from this terrible company!
Searched everywhere to find a holiday onesie to match the ones I bought last year in Montreal Quebec and finally found it online at PatPat.The price was great and customer service very expedient to respond to my email. Wish I had this company sooner!

I love the adorable Christmas onesie I purchased for my granddaughter. Great fit and she was so excited to receive it. Very happy with the updates on my orders through email and in the app along with tracking numbers provided of when my order arrives. Very happy with purchase and made another.
