Purchased over $1000 worth of items on this website as gifts for family, all before I received even 1 item in the mail. Definitely not the smartest thing someone could do but I had received such amazing reviews from multiple people about PatPat that it gave me confidence in their product before I even had the chance to see it for myself. When I tell you they did not disappoint, THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I've gotten everything from kids clothes and shoes to adult clothes. All items were true to size, of great quality, at great prices, and looked exactly the way they appeared in the photos. I even bought some items that looked great but did not fit to my liking and the customer service throughout the return / refund process was amazing (Thanks Maria)! LOVE PatPat!
I ordered matching Christmas outfits. They shipped quickly. USPS took my package. I contacted Patpat and they quickly responded. They were very kind and understanding. They sent me a new package which I just received and I love everything. I definitely recommend patpat.
