You have been very helpful and responsive. We couldn't track our order. Arrdev helped us by staying in contact and checking on status.
I think the clothes that this company has are very cute. I also like the fact that the family can all dressed the same specially with the pajama pattern. The customer service representative Belle B and he was wonderful with helping me fix my order.

I recently had a baby and before she was born I bought her newborn size clothes. She was very small and didnt fit into the clothes. I couldnt keep them until she grew into them because I didnt have the money to buy her the clothes she needed and keep the clothes from PatPat. I very nice man from Patpat name Paul Heinz was so kind and helpful. He seen I was struggling and gave me a refund and said I could keep the clothes. I thought that was the kindest thing anyone ever did for me. In these times right now with the virus everyone is struggling. I am a disabled woman trying to keep my head above water like everyone else, with the help from PatPat and Paul Heinz I dont have to worry about my newborn daughter having clothes. Thank you so much PatPat and Paul Heinz for your kind heart.
The clothes quality and colour were nice at the given price. Plus Vill managed the refund proces smoothly for the oversized items.

I love PatPat, it's my go-to for accessories and cute outfits. I ordered a bunch of bows but when I received them 4 of them were not what I was expecting & were too small for my baby. I emailed on how to go about getting a refund or return and their customer service rep REYNAC got back to me and helped me right away. I am still a happy customer and will continue ordering from their site for my baby girl!

Great customer service! Crystal was very helpful! I had a few items that didn't fit me and there was no hassle at all with returning them and getting a refund. Everything was handled in a quick and timely manor and very friendly! I will definitely order from them again!

Ich habe positive Erfahrung mit der Arbeit von PatPat gemacht. Die Qualität der Kleider fand ich nicht besonders gut ( vielleicht bestelle ich uns noch was für den Sommer, in der Hoffnung dass die Qualität dann stimmt) Aber andererseits ist der Preis und die Auswahl an Kleider für Mutter und Tochter einfach unschlagbar. In Deutschland gibt es nichts vergleichbares! Und der Kundenservice ist super Freundlich und schnell! Für die Auswahl, den Preis und den Kundenservice ( durch ROHANIE) würde ich volle fünf Sterne geben. Doch leider stimmt die Qualität nicht ganz, und mir fehlt die Möglichkeit auf Rechnung zu bestellen und unkomplizierter, kostenloser Rückversand wäre echt toll. Dann könnte man viele Kleider bestellen, Zuhause gemütlich anprobieren und das was nicht passt zurück schicken. Dann wäre ich bestimmt ein Stammkunde geworden. So wie es jetzt ist werde ich wahrscheinlich nicht wieder so schnell bestellen.
