PatPat is simply wonderful. At first, I was hesitant. Their prices were almost too good to be true. The designs were adorable. There are scammish websites, but seeing they had a highly rated app made me more comfortable. I have since ordered twice from them. The products are simply fantastic! I cannot find nursing shirts or dresses as cute as theirs - let alone for that price - anywhere else! I have placed two orders, the second one got here super quick! The clothes are cute, they fit well. I just placed my third order and I needed to modify my order. Customer service was SPOT ON! Super quick response, extremely polite and very helpful. I literally recommend PatPat to everyone I know because their products are amazing, the designs adorable. I am super excited to receive our matching outfits. PatPat is my favorite website to order from!
I was buying there product from last one year in sale they have sold me v bad cloths then I requested them for return later on they refused but send me refund one voucher in that you can upto 50 percent
Good customer service and just be careful with what you order because material can feel differently and fit differently too. Not all materials are the same as I order a dress and sweater, they fit fine.
I am super happy with my first purchase from PatPat. The customer service is just amazing, so responsive and helpful. The quality of clothes is way beyond the price. Thanks Karim from patpat for resolving my issue the lace on the show was broken but I was issued a refund and can donate the shoes. Shoes were very nice
I ordered 4 dresses with size L. Out of 4, only 1 dress fitted me, remaining three were too big in size. I contacted patpat team and "Phoebe", PatPat's representative responded with a solution within 48 hours.
I bought some clothes for my daughter and they arrived in few days in a wonderful packaging and are exactly as the description, probably just a bit bigger
