I had a duplicate order in Patpat and was worried if it will be cancelled or what not and Jonalyn responded shortly to my request to cancel it. Patpat has a good customer service.

Pat Pat has sooo many cute items, clothings. I ordered Christmas pajamas, such great quality. Super soft, cute designs.

I ordered 21 items, all delivered on time in good condition and quality except for 3 that were of the wrong sizes.

The customer service, thru KRIZA, were very accommodating and immediately addressed the issue by promising for a refund within the next 2 weeks. They didn't even require me to return the items. Wow!

I bought a number of clothing items for my kids before from them. They were super cute, good quality. Last month i bought a couple of dresses and unfortunately they were not what i expected. I requested a refund. James from customer service got in touch and he was great. He sorted out the issue. I didnt even have to send those items back. His attitude was very refreshing, not a typical customer service. There was no issue.
