I ordered some items from Patpat recently. The quality of the cloth is good and worth for money. I had to return two items due to the wrong size (my mistake) and the customer care was outstanding and they refunded within 3 days.
I order some items to make a Christmas gift for my relatives. But I was sad when i discover that i will be delivered after new year. So i decided to remove some items from my order. I wasn't sure they can help me do that because i dont want to cancel all my order. But mr John was very helpful, patient

Maria was very helpful. The swimsuit I ordered fit everywhere except the elastic at the legs was very tight and rigid. I asked for a return and she promptly refunded my money. Will definitely purchase again.

Quality of the fabric is really great, stitches are clean. Fit can be improved, but that is expected if you're catering to people of various sizes. Customer service I received from Crystal regarding a fit issue was promptly and satisfactorily resolved. Would recommend this site.

I discovered the PatPat site on Facebook, at first I was sceptical. In the end, I was NEVER disappointed. And the one time there was a mistake, the support team was wonderful, polite and quick to fix it.
