He hecho pedido en Patpat y lo había recibido sin problemas y muy rápido, hace unos días mi último paquete fue entregado a la persona incorrecta por parte de la paquetería y al exponerle la situación a Patpat me respondió muy rápido y me dió opciones para remediar el problema. Elegí la devolución del dinero y lo hicieron de inmediato
