The agent that solved my problem was Phoebe. She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. It didn't even take a day to solve my issue and I was most happy and appreciative of that.

I was upset about some items I ordered that were too big for what I originally ordered. Phoebe emailed me with an unexpected refund for the items I had issues with. I sent an email as my purchase has never arrived as of yet. Only maybe, within an hour or so i recieved an email back! I was refunded for my purchase. Also, I get to keep the items if they still do happen to come in the mail, free of charge! Thank you Jonalyn for helping me with my issue!
Overall my experience is very good, there was some delay in the arrival of the shipment, later I learned that the delay is related to the procedures of Covid 19, I contacted customer services, and they apologized for the delay, and they offered me very high discounts, which I did not expect, and upon receiving the shipment, I found that my child's clothes So cool so I forgot about the delay :)) )))
