This place has all the products needed for babies. Very cute products with different designs. The quality of the material is good and the price is cheap as well. The shipping was fast.

I did have an issue with the fitting of one outfit but that was resolved very professionally by Mr. KUENZLER. The customer care is very fast and on target to solve any problems that you might come across.

Karmi gave me exceptional service! In all the purchases I've made from PatPat, for the very first time, there was a small flaw in one of my items; and after following their very simple steps for exchange, I received a note from Karmi, in Customer Service, less than 24 hours later. The note stated they were sending a replacement immediately. Since this jumper was to be a Valentine's gift, I was pleased I wouldn't have to fight for it.

I love the merchandise at PatPat - it's well-made, cute, different than big-box stores, and reasonable enough for me to purchase while living on social security income.

I have now ordered 2 different times in one month because I love the cute clothes and the quality and price! To me spending a lot of money on something kids will only be in a couple of times doesn't seem ideal so PatPat is perfect and I love how cute everything is!

The customer service is fantastic, the clothes are nice. Sizing is accurate. The quality isn't of a $60 dress expectation standard, however the price reflects that and I feel I got my money's worth on some cute clothes.

I am an one month old mum. I saw advertisement of Patpat first on facebook when i was pregnant. It attracted me first because of their unique and cute baby boy suit design as i was expecting a boy. When i have received my first order i was amazed because of the product quality. Later on browsing on Patpat site become one of my favourite things to do. Maternity product is excellent. How much good their products are you will never get to know unless you experience it. Go for one i am 100% sure will buy again and again. Also they process a refund within three working days and they didnt even ask to return the product. A very big thanks to JAMES for this help. Their customer care is outstanding.
