Ordered items for a friend of mine's daughter for Christmas. Items never arrived. Come to find out there was a typo in the address. Not their fault. I contacted them to let them know the post office already returned the items. Since it was now after Christmas, I asked if they could just refund me. I already had gotten replacement gifts in the meantime. The rep on the chart feature said he understood that this was a unique circumstance and that normally they only give credits but he would submit a request for a refund for me. After multiple emails to check on the status of my refund, someone finally got back to me 2 months later to say they denied my request and would only issue a credit. I don't have children and have no use for children's clothes. Reluctantly agreed. Found a few pairs of sweatpants and a sweater to use my credits only to find they are not applicable towards shipping. So I had to pay additional money to use the credit. Disgusted.
The clothing is amazing quality with really good prices. Absolutely love this shop and will continue to order for my kids. Also customer support is phenomenal to work with and will always help with a refund or exchange. I got quick responses from customer care executive SAMUEL and resolved each and every concern without my inconvenience. Definitely I'll buy more eye catching clothes from patpat.
I was lost my parcels three times and I contact Patpat team and it's was ROHANIE, she was really friendly and polite and she did very well now my problems are resolved. Produck are Good quality, cute and lovely highly recommended 4start for your good servcis Rohanie.

They where fas tgetting me my money back, thanks guys. The clothes didn't fit me but that's ok because they are refunding my money back

I was given this site by my daughter who is a new mom, my youngest daughter and I went on the site and saw beautiful items for a reasonable price, however we both placed separate orders to go to the same out of state address, as this is we're my daughter and the new baby lives, put the mailing address in and they sent it to the billing address after we put in the mailing address. After I reached out I was sent a message that says…. They apologize and for me to reach out to the post office (?) like what! Don't even bother. I will never again.
