The app is amazing. I ordered a pair of little kids size 9 shoes but they ended up being to small. So I messaged customer service and Jann was very helpful. She helped me get the exchange I needed. But the clothes were great quality.

Simply Superb! My Problem was handled and resolved by Maria and that too within no time. She is very friendly and professional in nature. I don't have many words to explain the top notch service from PatPat. If there is a height of Customer Satisfaction then it is at PatPat.
