Very quick responses, I had a problem with sizing for 2 items, Spoke with customer service (genalie) who promptly supported me in resolving my issue and within a few days the money was refunded to my bank as promised. I was more than happy with the other items, very speedy delivery, i would definately buy again from patpat. Would recommend to anyone with babies under the age 1.

I love this website! From the quality of the items, the low prices and the speed of shipping, this site is amazing. Customer service is also very helpful- Shamiah was excellent.
In all honestly my order wasn't what I was expecting sizing wise. I contacted Support and Hazel was so kind and efficient to get my issue resolved. Even though my experience with what I wanted wasn't successful Hazel helped me out and solved my issue and now I look forward to shopping at PatPat again.
