I'm giving 3 stars because although the product did not work for me, their customer service is amazing and it's clear they just want to help pass drug tests. Also I have a very sensitive stomach, so that's why it may have not worked for me.

Sadly my experience with the 5 day detox went wrong. I took the initial 4 pills before you actually start the detox, no problem. The next morning when I had the 6 initial pills with food, I got sick and the pills came up too. Same thing happened when I took the night regimen. I was able to drink the recommended 100oz of water and change diet, although the product would not stay down for me. Now I'm about 4 days out from that and sadly still getting sick (but that's anxiety at this point). Based on other reviews, this seems like a gamble if you don't want to follow directions properly. From what I see, if you follow dietary restrictions and stop smoking before the detox it should work for you.

I called Passyourtest at 6:20,20 minutes after they "closed" and they still answered and said if I email I can get a refund from the product. I hope it works for everyone else, let's just hope you have a strong stomach!

The reviews and the cost of the product had me so worried it wouldn't work. I am curious of what people were doing while on their detox for it not to work. I am only on day 2 of my cleanse, having bit trouble staying away from tobacoo and I am already showing negative for thc. My mind is blown. The products do work! I been heavy smoker for yrs. Smoked 48 hrs before starting my cleanse and still no problems with the product. I think people either still partaking while cleansing or just trying get product for free. I hope this helps calm someone nerves about spending such money because I was nervous wreck. Thank you

They tell you you you have a coach. I received no instruction book, I emailed them and called them and received no response after leaving several messages. I believe all they do is sell it. They lie about the coach and being able to access them with any questions. I told them I am on a tight schedule. You are on your own. Not cool at all.

I had refrained from smoking weed for exactly 2 weeks when I started the 5 day cleanse. I am 5'9" and weigh around 195. I am a multiple times a day, daily user by the way. I knew I was going to have to submit to a drug screen within the next week. It usually takes me a month and a half to 2 months to detox naturally. I was skeptical and nervous about the product actually working for me. I followed the instructions, and took the day of test cleanse capsules. I tested myself with the at home test strips, and they showed a negative result, which meant I was clean to pee. Still skeptical, I went for it, and went to the clinic. My employer called and asked me when I could start. I was totally relieved to find out that I passed. Thanks to Nuetra Cleanse 5 day extreme toxin Cleanse. Thank You!

I ordered this product to help with an upcoming pre employment drug screen. Average smoker not heavy at all, mostly SWAG. I started with high hopes and followed all the directions and diet plan exactly. Tested positive for THC on the day after and then 2 days after that. Very disappointed in the cost and effectiveness of the cleanse. Would not recommend to anyone. I'm about 5'7 and 170 pounds, worked out every day and drank well over the recommend 100 oz of water every day. Waste of time and money people. Trust the reviews that this product is a failure and a scam.

I quit for 2 weeks before using 5 day cleanse. I followed the directions exactly. I am a vegetarian I do not eat meat or dairy products ever. I drink all of the water that was required. The morning before my test I took the 8 clean caps and waited 90 minutes and urinated 3 times. I failed both drug test that came in the box. I had to refuse my drug test at work I am now looking for another job. I don't know how these people get away with selling this stuff it's nothing more than herbs and spices! I wasted $200 now I have another one of their products that I know doesn't work and I don't know what to do with it. I guess I'll just throw it in the trash because that's where it belongs. And you'll never get a refund because they want test results from a lab. I know that I'm going to fail because I failed at my house so why would I be stupid enough to go to the lab!

I ordered it and I decided it was a bad idea because of all the bad reviews and I got same day shipping I emailed them several times and I still haven't got any emails about my refund back it's s bad product and they won't even get back to me I sent 4 emails asking to be refunded after reviewing bad reviews and I even tried calling and they won't get back to me I just wanted a refund I don't want the product I needed to pass a test not fail it.

My son has been a daily user, pretty much, for about 2 years. He used the 'clean shot kit'. He passed his test. He abstained for about 36 hours before using the kit on the day of his test. He's fairly slender (which helps) and he did up his fluid intake the day before. He followed the instructions to a T, and he passed. Excellent product thanks! I have been a daily smoker for quite some time now, usually a bowl or two before bed and more in social settings. I am about 130lbs and workout about 3/4 days a week consistently. I did the 5 day cleanse, followed the diet plan exactly, drank 200oz of water daily instead of the recommend 100oz. By day 5 I bought an at home drug test and tested negative. Tested myself again with the drug test that came with the cleanse the next morning and tested negative again, I took the clean caps either way bc I figured why not and waited until I went to the bath 3 times, took another test and test negative again so that's when I went on my way to the testing center and got preemployment documents from my job two days later!

Ordered the product it came quickly. Easy instructions to follow but IT DID NOT WORK!
Frustrated- it was a complete waste of time and money. Not to mention the stress.
The company did honor a refund but I'm left hung out to dry. Additional I haven't used "toxins" for 30 days prior to the 5 day cleanse. I used the product as a extra precaution and to expedite natural detox not to defraud a test. I am 110 pounds and 5'3 female. Would you trust their 5 hour masker, clean caps? I rate this product zero stars with no confidence that it actually works

I bought this detox because even after staying clean for 40 days, I was still testing positive for THC. So here is my experience of using the product:
1. It says it is a 5 day detox, but when you buy it you get a meal plan attached, which mentions additional 3 days of time. This info is not mentioned on the website.
2. The meal plan is very strict and doesn't limit to 5 days. I followed it to for 10 days.
3. I even used the clean caps medicines, which caused my professional test results to be inconclusive. This is totally unexpected, as it was mentioned that in the meal plan that results will now be affected after using them.
4. Even after 15 days of taking the medicine I still test positive using at home tests. It looks like there is no money back guarantee, because upon contact the company for refund, they have just ghosted me.

Highly disappointed in the product, now I have to look for other ways to get clean before my next test. Total waste of money and effort.

Simply doesn't work. Daily user 6'1" 188lbs and lean. Day 6 positve. Bought another home test 16 days total at the time with flushing and still dirty. The $#*! does not work. They gave Me a refund Thank God but I would have preferred a product that did it's job. Now I'm in Limbo and applied for the job I wanted and now have to spend more money to try another product because I'm straight afraid to use the 8 clean caps said to be used an hour and fourty five minutes before on the day of test which are aupposed to give an 5 hour window of clean. Doubting it now!
