This product didn't work for me, and I ordered an additional one to see if it would work on my partner (both heavy users). I reached out to ask where I can leave a review on their website. They didn't tell me where I can leave a review and cancelled my order for my partner. They won't let you put honest reviews on their site, and their customer service is TERRIBLE. Attached is part of an email exchange I had with the rude service rep who cancelled the order and wouldn't tell me where I can leave an honest review. All their positive reviews on their site are fake.

Dear God! My poor backside! I did a 10 day cleanse (purchased last year but never used) and then the clean shot, followed all instructions to the letter, and still failed. The 10 day cleanse was not harsh, but the clean shot was BRUTAL! Reminds me very much of a colonoscopy prep… it just comes out of you whether you want it to or not. Nope, never again!

Omg where do I start ok like anything else on the market I thought this gotta be some bs. I needed this job tho so with the %100 money back guarantee I was like f*** it how can I lose. Now I must admit my 1st order the test came back inclusive. No it wasn't the product fault it's very important to go by instructions. Catch your pee during midstream don't pee directly in the cup when it come out let that s*** go in the toilet that's important & yes let it take up to 2 hrs to fully be in your system because remember this product stays in your system for at least 6 hours anybody that has taken it should know because you can see it & smell it for the rest of the day lol. But anywho I reached out to the company to let them know hey I have to retake the test & I asked if they can resend the same order that I received, they did with expedite shipping for free & I did exactly what the instructions told me to do & guess what I got the f****** job! I am so happy because I really wanted this job now I'm making $25 an hour doing something I love with good benefits & I'll be getting my new car next month I can't say thank u enough. Oh wait & not only that the way it cleaned my system I mean I was able to cough up cold that was in my chest, my stomach even looked flatter so I'll be using this product more often just to clean my system every month. Thanx again you all have gained my trust & respect

I followed everything they told me to do completely and this still didn't work for me I'm so upset there's a reason why you can't leave real reviews on there page there a scam don't buy from this company!

Unfortunately this product didn't work for me. However, they were more than happy to refund my money to me as soon as I asked for it back

Followed the instructions how to use the product and it didn't work. Have called customer service numerous times with no respond. I would save your money and not purchase this product.

Their products don't work. No wonder you can't leave reviews on their actual page. Horrible customer service as well. Please try alternative options.

Complete bull they do NOT work do not waste your money on this product. Big waste of money. For any one who says it DOES work definitely don't smoke as much as they claim.

Do not trust this company! The products don't work and they rip you off in shipping. For expedited Shipping they charge $145.89 and claim it's not a rip off. Anyone can do their own research and find out that's NOT what it actually cost. Read the following email that was sent to excuse themselves for this ridiculous amount.

" You selected the UPS next day early AM shipping and it is exceedingly expensive compared to the standard next day air shipment that we offer which normally runs about $40

The normal shipping rates you see on the site are actually at about a 40% discount because of the volume we ship at. Unfortunately on the next day early am shipping option you selected UPS does not provide any kind of discounted rate for that service no matter how many packages you ship.

I do understand your frustration but there were cheaper shipping options to choose from. You were not limited to just that one next day shipping option when you placed the order. "

Don't trust them, there are better products on the market. Save your money. Also, they claim to have coaching but they never answer your calls when you need them. Then they come up w/ ridiculous excuses on why the product did not work. I followed the directions as stated and still they come out with extra steps you failed to do.

This product does not work and as for a refund they gave me half my money back. Today I have tried there CLEAN SHOT...OH HELL NO. IT DOESN'T WORK! 6'4 300LBS DAILY USER. FRAUDULENT! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE GUARANTEE! I deserve the 100% money back guarantee. Lost a good opportunity. NO I DO NOT SMOKE and haven't for over a month. No other drugs and I don't drink.

Searched online. Found pass your test and decided to try. Great choice that was. Will use again if needed. Thank you. Happy New Year.

They were on time, which was great! On top of that, I had used just a day and a half before my test and I'm a heavy user, but I passed. I drank about 70 oz of water every day for about four day which is a lot for me, ate light meals and it worked and I got the job. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anybody!

First of all it does not work. Second, the customer service is HORRIBLE. They claim you will have a "coach" to help you but that it complete bull$#*!. They refuse to stand behind their product. I purchased the 10 day cleanse just to be extra sure and still testing positive. STAY AWAY from this company!

Your person on the phone is so condescending and is the worst person to talk on the phone. I felt like he was so rude and I want to leave a complaint as he was terrible, and shouldn't be talking to people on the phone.

I read other reviews and was still skeptical. I ordered it a week before my test and drank lots of water the days before. The day of my test I timed everything correctly & simply follow the directions and it worked pass test! Very appreciated 5/5 stars

I bought the 5 day kit and followed all instructions. I drank alot of water in between meals and pure cranberry juice. I was an every day user of white runtz and a few other strong strains to help with anxiety and pain. After 2 days I still showed positive. On third day I saw the 2nd line faintly coming out. On day 5 I tested negative. I was skeptical but it really worked for me. Im in my 60s and 10 lbs over weight. I think a persons metabolism plays a part in this process as well as how long have u used cannabis. I love cannabis but for my new job i have to give it up. Sorry to see it doesnt work for all but im a satisfied customer. I used 2 test strips, one that came with kit and another from Explore THC urine test strip. The Explore strip started showing a negative on day 3 but the strip with the kit didnt show negative until day 5. I tested at Lab corp negative for THC and other drugs.

This company is a joke. I used this product as a light smoker once and it worked. When I because a regular user I decided to try again. Didn't work, money back. Next time I needed to test, I thought let me try again, worked the one time. Didn't work. Reached out for my money back and they were extremely rude, unprofessional, berated me, and told me I'm abusing their "100% Guarantee or your money back" policy. Do not waste your time with these idiots.

Son - daily user (weed only - once/twice most day) - 21 ys old - 140 lbs - 5' 11". Used the "Fail Safe" kit ($89.99 before coupons). Followed the website instructions (NOT the packet instructions) exactly - after abstaining for approx. 24 hrs and drinking a lot of water that day (the day before usign the kit). Passed a urine test. He use this kit ('Fail Safe Kit') about 2 yrs ago and he passed a urine test then too. I was skeptical even the 2nd time (wondered if he just 'got lucky' the first time) - but it is what it is!
