I had requested overnight shipping of a product but it took 2 days to arrive. I contacted Passyourtest to ask for a refund on the shipping cost since I didn't get what I paid for. I was astonished at the response I got. First they just sent me the Fedex tracker which showed it arrived a day late... no comments from them at all. Just the tracker list. I responded asking for my money back on the shipping and they said they don't guarantee shipping. I asked to have a manager contact me and there response was "What would a manager have to do with the fact that we do not guarantee fedex shipping times?"
Really? I am not impressed.

I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from. I followed their program to the T... and added exercise as well. I was a heavy smoker for sure. Very thin, frequent exercise. I'm still testing positive THREE WEEKS after completion of program. Followed the diet for a week after finishing. Total waste of $100+.

Ordered the Nutra Cleanse 5 day. Followed it to the letter, tested negative with both home tests and FAILED the DOT Drug Screen! Not overweight or a heavy smoker. We ordered the 5 day just to be sure. Called the company to talk about the failed test and just like so many others was met with a very rude and uncooperative individual who started reciting to me the return policy! I told the guy he was being rude and not very helpful. He didn't seem to care. Can you smell SCAM! I can... too bad its to late. Should have done more research. :(

I don't even smoke. I took two hits of marijuana and a couple of butal for a headache. Took the 6 hour one day cleanse and failed. That was after being clean for over a week. Remember, I'm not a smoker or pill popper. Random toke for my brothers birthday. I call and ask questions before I bought the product and the guy was a complete $#*!ing $#*!. I'm pretty even keel but this guy Tested my nerve. I ordered anyway for 89.95 and had it shipped overnight. The site guarantees money back but it's a lie. He sent me to the terms and conditions... DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY OR THEIR PRODUXTS.

I smoked pot at least everyday for 2 years stopped for 3 days before starting the kit It doesn't work followed the instructions on the paper that they give you step by step. Literally only ate saled with balsamic dressing which they recommended for 6 days straight i mean i followed it to the T not an easy task for the permanent nutracleanse i call the company and then they point you to the Terms & policy that states plenty of reasons why you will not get your money back kept giving me the run around I sent them documents and everything scam for sure all these other people talking about they work they work it's probably the actually company saying that they work do not waste ur money

Took the never fail (4 pills and 3 chewable tablets- gross by the way) drank the water and took a home test. It was clear. I went immediately to the Lab and took the test. All clear. What a relief to know there is a solution for post smokers. I am telling everyone I know that smokes. Don't fear. Just follow the directions.

I've been a Wake n Bake smoker for over 40 years. Recently I lost my job & had the unfortunate task to have to look for new employment. I was able took hook up with a good oppertunity to get a good job close to my home. But had to be able to pass a urine test and a physicaL. Thanks to the super P product. I was able to do just that. I can't say that I wasn't a little worried. But after taking a home test I found that the product does indeed work. I would Like to say thanks. For your help., And I do highly recommend the product. Hi, I know alot of you guys are saying this stuff is a scam, but it actually works.
I bought permanent cleanse Extra Strength 5 day program since I smoked pot at least 5 days of the week for the past 2 years. I bought the product because I seen so many positive testimonials on the website. But when I received the product, I read the reviews and immediately thought that i had fallen victim to a scam. BUT, I ended up going through with the whole program since I already bought it, and two days later upon finishing the program, I took a UA at MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station) and received word from my recruiter that I passed!

I believed I passed because I:. Was sober for 1 1/2 weeks prior to starting the program. Drank HELLA water (I would literally pee every 30 minutes throughout the day and was a $#*! during slightly long drives). And I worked out 3 days out of the week.

I couldn't go through with the diet plan and ended up breaking it halfway through the program (had 4 slices of pizza one day and a crepe the next day)

I think the Home drug tests this thing came with are cheap because I came up positive on one and gave the other one to my brother (He's 9 and doesn't smoke) and he came up positive too. I bought a drug test at Walgreens and passed that one.

I needed a clean nicotine UA so I ordered the complete cleanse formula. I followed the directions and tested positive for nicotine on the home test strips furnished with the product. I stuck with the diet and tested negative the following day again using the furnished strip. I then went to the lab to give my UA. I was informed later on that my UA was clean and had no evidence of secondhand smoke. But anyway it worked like I hoped it would.

Ordered the 5 day detox and did exactly what directions said. Tested at day 8 and day 10 but was still positive for THC. Called and explained situation and they said to stick to the diet and I should be fine. A week later I still tested positive. I decided to order the 3 day detox thinking that might help but a week after doing that still tested positive. Spent close to $300 with shipping/handling. The guy on the phone was rude and not helpful. The product does not work and I believe the product and site to be a scam.

Caution: 3 day program is actually 6 day program. I ordered a 3 day permanent cleanse for moderate users. I looked at all of the directions on the website and they indicate that this is a 3-day program. I eventually found out that you need to wait 1-3 days after finishing the pills before testing clean. This makes it a 4-6 day program. I contacted Veritas and the customer service rep was very rude and pretty dumb.
I just started the program and I have yet to test, so we will see if it actually works.

Edit: The three day program is actually an 8 day program! When it comes in the mail, the directions (which are much different from the website) tell you to be clean for 48 hours prior to beginning the program. So you have 2 days, then you take pills for 3 days, then wait another 1-3 days. The diet is an extreme low fat diet, and if you followed this diet for 8 days and abstained from "toxins" you would probably be clean without taking any pills.
Additionally, they tell you to wear clean clothes and use clean sheets. This confirms that the company's claims are not backed by scientific evidence. The "toxins" you are attempting to remove from your body are lipophilic (stored in fats) and not water soluble (this is why they are so hard to remove). So they cannot be absorbed into your body through pores when you sweat.
Do not trust anything from this website.

The website does not show any pictures or have a good description of the product you are about to order. Then when the wrong product comes in there is a "No Refund" policy or no exchange policy. And the customer service goes on to say I was stupid and absurd. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he informed me that he was the owner and there was nothing else can be done. I will never buy from this site again. I will advise people to do the same. One last thing. Nowhere on the website does it say that there is no returns or exchanges. If that is a company's policy then it should be stated on the website plan enough for the anyone to see.

This Website is a scam. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteeing you will pass your test. Its been TWO WEEKS since I ended there cleanse program While still on there ridiculous diet, and i still test positive on the Test Strips that I bought from them. The guy who answers the phone is a prick to say the least. After A while on the phone He told me basically That I have to FAIL a real laboratory test before i get my money back. SO BASICALLY WHEN I FAIL AND GET IN TROUBLE? Again the program said IT WILL TAKE 1-3 Days After your last day on the cleanse to test negative if you continue the diet they give you. So now Im pretty much screwed out of $130 bucks. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered the Nicotine Cleanse product for $49.95 plus second day shipping for
$23.67. Received product on the second day. Opened package and found the cleansing tablets and 2 marijuana urine testers. I tried to contact the company using their *******354 number, which oh by-the-way is not their number, but a number to Veritas, which is their billing company and not their actual customer support number. I still called the 877 number and left a message explaining that I had the marijuana tester and not the nicotine tester. No reply. I then emailed them. No reply. Before I took their clenser, I checked myself with the marijuana tester and I was clean. So this tells me it is not checking for nicotine. I since have taken their cleansing pills and will take my official test 2 days from now. I wonder how a person would get their money back when you are unable to contact them? Hummm...
