Overall pretty satisfied. I did run into a problem with the fuel/water filters included in the 3 Yamaha service kits I purchased not being correct for my boat. So while I think the kits are generally a good value when on sale, I had to purchase the correct filters separately.
Experience was great, but working on returning the pump and gasket kit as I ordered the wrong part. I have already placed another order for the correct part.

Arrived faster than i expected. Might be nice if they includded instuctions, but there is always youtube. I liked that the orings were in their own baggy stappled to the mailing list.
Out of 8 items in the order Parts Vu didn't send one and sent the wrong product on the other. That's a 25% failure rate on the order. Not even close enough to risk ordering from them again.

I am unsure what you mean regarding false information. At the time we gave you the tracking number it appeared that we had not shipped your order. As we advised, No order is left in our warehouse at the end of the day. The carriers pick up our orders by the pallet and as they are in their rhythm of scanning packages, some get missed. Because they missed the initial scan, even though they are moving throughout the country the movement is not uploaded. Once the package is in your area it will appear as though your order went from us to you in a matter of minutes. That is what happened. Your order left Naples Florida March 8th and showed a pre-shipment status until the 11th when it was delivered.
