Competitive pricing, speedy delivery. Providing DIY installation videos was awesome however the video was missing some important closeups so I had to call a handier friend. Site navigation could use a little improvement. Would definitely order from PartSelect again.

I couldn't believe when I got to my rental to put new handles on the fridge that had them broken off and there weren't any screws in the packaging. Maybe it said somewhere but that's absurd. Luckily, after hitting two places, I found something that worked. Not ideal…

They have the parts for my GE clothes dryer, plus installing videos less then 30 mins running great. Stores around don't have the parts and repair companies say 15 year old machines can't get parts. Great fast delivery.

Ordered a rinse aid cap for my dishwasher. The part arrived a couple weeks later, broken. I contacted customer service and they dispatched a new part. However the part that arrived was not even close to a rinse aid cap, I have no idea what it was. Some metal piece that looked like an internal part. I again contacted customer service to request the part I ordered. They responded asking for the make and model of my dishwasher. I was at work at the time so couldn't look, and I'll admit it took me a couple weeks to remember to get back with them. However I did respond over a month ago, and inquired a week later after hearing nothing. I still have heard nothing and inquired again today. If I don't get a response today I will have to dispute the charge with my bank because I'm tired of waiting on this meanwhile I have tape in my dishwasher so food particles don't get in the rinse aid compartment. And the company themselves sent me an email to review my purchase, lol. Sure :)
