I deposited ₹996.07 via PhonePe to Parimatch on 26 Sep 2025 and the amount was deducted from my account but never credited. I raised Ticket #******* and #******* with Parimatch support; both show "resolved" yet I received no refund. Each support agent gave a different story – one said the refund was "processing," another said it was already done – but I have no evidence of any credit. I repeatedly requested deletion of my Parimatch account (with full ID proof), yet Parimatch keeps closing my chats without deleting the account. This misleading, run-around support has caused me extreme frustration, financial stress and mental harassment. I demand an immediate refund of ₹996.07, deletion of my account, and a sincere apology.

ON 2/7/2024 i deposited 5000inr which was creditedet to merchants account on 4/7/2024.
Merchant bank confirmed sucessful credit and merchant receiving the money.
I had to apply for chargeback and complain to cybercrime for help.
Parimatch fo 20 days is telling different thing they also told refund is processed but they are scammers and liars.
They are unlicensed by ecuracao.They doesnt have avalid license.complained to curacao gaming commision also

This company is a 1000% scam; trust my words. I'm sharing my genuine experience, and if you deposit money in Parimatch, you can forget it. It's nearly impossible to get it back. Even if you respect and follow all rules and do not violate any, they still won't give your withdrawal. They claim withdrawal is temporarily unavailable.

I've been scammed; I deposited 11 USDT (900 rs), and before the deposit, there were USDT and my other withdrawal options. After my deposit, they removed all withdrawal options from the menu, showing only Astro Pay and IMPS. I contacted support; they claimed USDT and crypto withdrawal is temporarily unavailable and suggested using other options (Astropay or IMPS) only.

I tried withdrawing using IMPS, but it failed with the reason "withdrawal is temporarily not available." Around 10 attempts resulted in the same issue. Trying Astropay withdrawal led to a similar decline. I asked a friend to create a new Parimatch account, and I'm shocked! His withdrawal options included USDT, Bitcoin, and other cryptos, many more withdrawal options like I had at the first time on my account. This confirmed the company removes withdrawal options once you deposit.

The support team is useless, providing the same generic reply without addressing concerns. In simple terms, this is a 1000% scam company targeting Indians. Their social media activity (followers, likes, comments) is fake, indicating a lack of genuine traffic. Despite a genuine appearance, the site is a pure scam. People claiming successful withdrawals, saying positive about Parimatch are likely workers of Parimatch or affiliates who earning commissions when you join. You might find results claiming "Parimatch is a genuine platform" at the top of Google search results. This is often due to paid promotions where companies pay for positive reviews and endorsements.

Luckily, I deposited only 900 rs (11 USDT) and made a profit of 1100 rs. I was about to deposit 10K rs but sensed something suspicious during my research. Please avoid this platform to safeguard your hard-earned money from this scam platform.

Avoid Parimatch at all costs, this site is an exploitative scam.

They let me play for months unverified when I was consistently losing money. As soon as I started to win, they falsely accused me of multiple accusations including no verification, multiple accounts, arbitrage betting without showing any evidence, they locked my account, and took ALL my money (not just the winnings, but literally everything including my deposit) and said their decision was finale. Despite me giving possible reasonings for why understandings may have occurred (I did not do any of the things they claimed I did), they ignored me and refuse to show me any evidence of their false claims.

Parimatch is a scam site, please everyone, dont open an account with them, they will deliberately block your money without any reason. At first they might look good, with fast withdrawals and everything, the moment you are wining the will stop the withdrawal process and ask you to provide them additional proof of identity. When you will send them the your id and everything they wont acknowledge the receipt of said proof, instead they will keep asking for same document over and and over again. If you ask them i have already sent the document, they wont reply to you. Please stay away from this site. Please. I have been victiim of this site. There are other option. Just not this one. Trust me. I am telling you from experience
