My I'd no.******* I have deposited 6900rs on 3-09-2024 and another deposit of 5000rs on 4-09-2024 but still not showing in my parimatch account I have already lodge complaint with chat support and through email on the same day when deposit where not shown but has not receive postive response I have joined parimatch for 1.5 years but I have once face the same problem but was resolved in 2 days but this time it has taken more than a week but there is no solution I didn't expected this kindly of service whenever I contact your customer service through email and chat support and given them necessary statement and payment slip but still they gave same scripted answers and now they just close the chat not letting me to message them in very rude manner they say can't help not giving correct answer to me and for the mails they don't even bother to reply on 12 September they ask me to regenerate deposit amount 6900rs and use UTR ************** And said deposit will completed but it has been more then 47 hours but the deposit has not been completed nor been refunded and for the 2nd transaction of 5000 I was promise in chat support that I will refund or it will be deposited in my parimatch account by 12 September now they're asking for another 7 days today is Saturday and tomorrow is Sunday that won't be counted and then they will need Bank confirmation letter after that there expert will analyse it and again they will ask for another 7 days this shows they have they have no intentions to pay or refund the money they now even say the link and the following UPI I'd which provided by parimatch through VPA that dose not belong to them

They say this link doesn't belong to them and you have multiple accounts I have already said to them that I don't have any multiple account in pari match but they still insist that I have a multiple account I have already provided my bank statement and payment slip but they say they didn't receive the money I didn't expect such fraudulent activity from pari match I have tried multiple times to contact them through email and chat support but they were very rude and they didn't support me all I say is never trust parimatch again I have lost all hope of getting my money back
