I have been using paperhelm for a few months now and I have contacted customer service a few times on my assignments and there is no reason why I am paying for a service to be done in time and it comes the following day. When I reach a rep a few times throughout the day I get false information. I am first informed that my assignment will be done in 30min, then two hours later nothing. I contact them again, they state my assignment is under process and the writer needs 6-8hours longer which would fall into the next day. When it gets delivered it looks as if they just copied what was online and a few times it was Plagiarized. At this point, it happened to me more then a few times and as much as I like someone to do the work for me because that is something I paid someone to do I will NEVER use this site again. I did over 50 assignments so I am aware of the service they provide. I have been dealt a bad hand far too many times for me to stay a customer. I also provide the materials for them within the hour and I get an email stating that my details are approved but obviously that does not matter because more then enough times my paper does not come in time. USE AT YOUR DISCRETION, BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
