So they just keep running the scam. This morning I got a call from Jason at Papers Helm (he spoke broken English... surprise!) and they told me if I deleted this review that they would give me a refund. I was just about to do it when I realized that all these positive reviews are probably bogus and to prevent negative reviews they just give the person a refund, after all the grief they put them through. So I am going to forfeit my $80 refund so that everyone out there will know that this company does not give you the service they promise. I ordered an Essay. The Essay was on time but was obviously written by someone who was NOT fluent in English. The Essay was written using poor grammar and was incoherent. Phrases were used that were just not normal English. I asked for revisions but did NOT get any. Asked for REFUND and was ignored. RUN from this company. ****UPDATE***I am writing this after the reply by Papers Helm. You can see their reply telling us how great they are. I tried and tried to get them to revise my essay but they would not I since had to pay another company that did a stellar job. Now I am just asking them to refund my money since the job was not completed adequately. I thought I would share the first few lines from the Essay they wrote for me.
