I made an order on the 13th of Fab, 2018 and paid for 48hour delivery. Within an hour I received an email that my paper was ready, this paper was completely different from what I paid for. I was told that it will be revised and delivered to me today. I checked on it later today and I was told by sales representatives that my paper is being revised and will be delivered in 4 hours, after the 4 hours, it is now being taking to 6 hours. I FOLLOWED up after the 6 hours, it was now taking to 9 hours. I have not received my order nor the money.
This is my first time of trying their service, i paid for quality work and on time delivery. Their sales representatives Steven Brown, David Axton assured me of a quality service. So what happened to my order and my money?

Everyone loves free stuff and with this service, I am always getting something for free. They award me loyalty points for every order which I often cash to get extra features. This is really impressive.
Fake service stay way. I got charged 2 days delivery service but got deliver my paper after 3 weeks. Very bad customer service and run by lots of liers with fake names.
Their rates are unbelievable. This is what I noticed after getting the discounts on the price that was already too low. I think I can always count on this service. I must recommend this company to students out there.
I had a bad experience with this company. I made 2 orders with them and paid for 5 days delivery. I sent all the requirements describing the specific specters of the paper.

3- general subject instead of specific matter.
4- re-did the work, but it was just waist of time.
They refused to refund the money because of their unlimited review policy. IT A JOKE. We don't need unlimited review, we need a professional and well done work.

Regardless of all the fake services I have had experience, these guys are the reliable ones.
They always manage to complete my orders as per the said guidelines and deliver them on time.
I have recently joined a programming course and needed help with a write-up project. These people are proving to be of great help for me. They help me out in anything that I cannot resolve.

They do have some good features like low prices and around the clock customer services.
I provided the requirement of the paper, even the pictures of the book to do the assignment. But even though they did not provide a good service.
I order the essay to be done in 12 days. Beside I provided the requirement and clearly, specify that NOT to use external sources. But instead, they gave an essay with external sources. So, I send it to revised, and when they give back to me. The essay was completely the same just with a few change it. But still, they did not follow the requirement I sent. Beside that the revision essay was 5 hours late. Basically, they do not read the requirements. And they did whatever they want.
Avoid this company. Additional, they do not give you you money back. It all BS.

They have very easy communication mode. They email you on every processing step of your order. The calling lines are usually not busy, so the connection is made easily. However, if the lines are busy, they call you back instantly.

I pay about $150 for this paper to get in specific time. The first order I need it in 24 hours and they deliver it in 48 hours. ( I will attach some prove)
The second order is we deal to do it in a week ( 5 single pages) and i talk to chat to make sure and they promise to deliver it in time. In the due date I was surprised that they write only 2 pages with a lot of pictures. I talk to them that I order 5 pages not 2. They ask me for 24 hours to fix their mistake. After the 24 hours I ask for my paper and they said the writer will not finish in time and I said to them you either give it to me today because it is the due time for my assignment or they cancel the order because I don't need after the due date. It clearly 100% their mistake because they don't keep their part of deal and they said it their mistake 100%. I ask for refund since they didn't give my order. After a lot of emails they offer only 50% refund and some discount if I want other order. I said its 100% your website mistake not mine why I don't deserve the full refund? They said its their website policy! So they take my money and they get me zero in my assignment. Also, they offer 50% if I only delete the review. So I refused the refund because I want everyone to know about them and how they deal after you pay the money because before you place the order they will lie to you and let you believe that they are good guys. To make sure look to their chat names you will notice that they are using fake ID. If there are not scammer why they used faked ID. Names and pictures also I think they reviews themselves.
Please avoid them because you will not get your paper in time and there will be NO refund

I order two order for the same assignment in total of 6 pages (single space). I only get 3 papers. The first order(PHOC-1634540) I order it in 24 hours. And they send it to me after 48 hours and I have prove for every word I see I have screenshot. The second order which I should have the 5 remaining pages; i got three pages only included the same page in the first order so its only 2 pages. I ask for revision and they ask for 24 hours and guess what? After 24 hours I got NOTHING and they ask for more time. And even it is there mistake they will not give your money by of their policy. SO I LOST $150 US DOLLAR AND I GOT ZERO FOR MY ASSIGNMENT.

Here is what happened guys after the due time is past and i got zero. They send the paper after 72 hours even though we deal on 24. I call them on the same day they told me the writer CAN NOT do it so I cancel the order because i don't need it anymore( the due time is past). They send the file after 3 days and they see not refund. Here is the reply " we have decided to let you avail a 65% discount on your next 3 purchases with our company, as you did avail our services and have used our product that makes you not eligible for the full or a half refund. Please let us know what you decide so that we can generate the discount coupon for you" so they give you the paper after three days from what i pay for then say no refund.
