I submitted instructions for a research paper and papers helm failed to provide anything close to what i expected. I provided a detail description of the task alongside a example paper of what was expected to be written. I paid $280 for rubbish. The paper was written by someone who obviously has english as there second language, the instructions where not met, the paper had little refrences, gramatical errors throughout as well as being very poorly written. I paid for a quality writer and they provided me with someone who isnt fit to write papers for 6th graders. The paper was reviewed 4 times. The first review nothing was changed, the second a sentence, the third nothing and the forth review they changed some headings. I missed the submission date at university for my paper. I give up. Their contact department is a nightmare to deal with, all you get is automated responses. When they fail to provide you with the paper they try and blame you for it. Buyer beware! Use at your own risk. Theres heaps of writting services out there, use them! Papers helm has wasted my time, money and led me to miss my deadline.
***********Update: After weeks of emails and phone calls back and forth we settled on a 50% refund just so i wouldnt have to deal with them any longer. 6 weeks later and yes you guessed it! NO REFUND! Every email to them has been responded to with "your refund is with our finance department".
This company is a joke, do not use them. Its been months and all i have received from them is a headache and a massive waste of my time.
