To be honest I was a bit skeptical initially; whether to invest in this service but eventually I did and it turned out to be a good decision. I received my order in a very perfect time, but the problem was with the assignment i asked for, the structure was wrong, and i sent maybe 30 emails and the people there were very nice to me, and they revised 3 times, but i had the same problem, it wasn't what i asked for, and the last time the writer highlighted for me, but it was the same. I order a 1100 words paper which is about a city and its history. I ordered it from US, but the paper wrote too much about the Australia. I didn't ask about the history or comparison with Australia ever (I'm in US, what did you expect?). I got my first paper in on time but the quality of the paper went to so wrong way. So I asked revise ASAP since my due is passed already. But the revision of the paper actually taking more than 3 hours now and still processing (I need to wait 2 hours more to get revised paper from now on). I have been searching about the writing service companies online for an hour and chose PapersHelm by the great reviews compare with others. The result? I'm very disappointed. This company should have consider the customers' location first weather they work with any writers, Australians or other. Also some of parts that on my instruction was written too short or not really wrote on proper length (that wasn't even one paragraph). Those were too short and looks really lame. I paid $91 for 1100 words in 12 hours, but it wasn't worth it. Since my due of this paper has passed, My grade would go down a letter grade. That is really not cool. $91 is not a joke. Another thing that I feel that this company doesn't really have experience with customer in professional way through contacting was the way of the representatives'' words that they use to their customer. When I asked when my paper will be revised and get the paper, one of representative said "Just wait." I'm not paying my $91 for just wait. Do your job please. If you have enough time on your due date, you might can give them a shot, but for the hurrying works? I said NO.
