I always like how their representatives are always attentive to the customers’ needs no matter how busy they might seem. I have become their regular customer over the years. Only once I had to get a paper revised and that too was done as promised. They deliver what they promise.

I used them out of being desperate and I regret it! They got the original paper to be about 12hrs earlier than what I had asked and I was psyched. However, when I read it I was in shock. It looked like something my junior high school niece could've written. It was nothing that the topic asked for nor did it have any of the citings I wrote in the instructions. They were asked to revise and once again I told them what needed to be done, I was advised the paper would come to me within the original timeline; it did not! I finally got what they considered the final paper and it still was nothing it should've been. I ended up cancelling my trip out of town to do my paper. They sent me the final draft again 6 days late.

Don't ever use them! The paper was literally all kinds of things just found on the internet and pasted into what they thought made sense.

I ordered a 6 page paper to be done in 24 hours. What I got back was a generalized essay that sounds like a 12 year old foreigner wrote it - written on the wrong topic. I had to put in a revision and the revised essay was no better. After 4 days, I gave up on my writer and arguing with their bad customer service and just took the essay, even though I can't use it. They offered a 15% refund, but that's ridiculous when my paper is 3 days past due and so horribly written. I'd be humiliated if my professor saw it. Never again and I'm putting in bad reviews wherever I can. I don't want other people wasting their money.

Customer service said the bad comments on here are "written by competitors", but one conversation with anyone from Papershelms and you'll notice by their bad English that the 5 star ratings are actually written by them. Talk to them and then read the positive comments on here and you'll see right away. Stay away, they are scammers!

I ordered a sequence of papers for a college history class. I'm working on a few other papers and thought this would help me out a little bit. This made me even more stressed out and has now created even more work for me.

One paper was pretty easy and only about three pages, so that one was okay. The writer also seemed to have a grasp of the English language.

The other papers are now on their third revision. The instructions are not being followed and things are not even being revised. You can clearly see that the writers of these papers do not speak English as their first language. I read one of the papers and could not even understand what the writer was trying to say. It looked like a six year old wrote it. I am beyond angry, more at myself for actually thinking this was a good idea. I need all of these papers back by tomorrow, and actually done correctly and in English this time, and it isn't not looking too promising. I will probably end up failing this class. I want my money back.

To be honest I am more disappointed in myself for trusting a website enough to pay them and write a paper for me. I was hoping it would save me time in my busy schedule but i was wrong. It is unclear whether the writer was either underaged or does not speak english because the grammar was atrocious! The best part was that I requested APA format and the writer was unable to use reliable resources let alone properly cite the work!
