I purchased a ring, was told they were on holiday for two weeks(Chinese new year) so I waited, ring came not a authentic Pandora ring, not a bad copy but also sent size 54 instead of 48 of which I ordered, my bank is looking into this now, hopefully will get my money back, should have known, emails were in broken English, came from China. Told them that Pandora and my bank are investigating there company, surprise, you can't get into there site now!

I ordered on Christmas day after receiving my new Pandora bracelet. I couldn't believe how cheap they were, so after a few vinos ordered a fair few. BIG MISTAKE. After an age to get here, they come from CHINA - not what it leads you to think and then I open the package up and not only do they look awful and tacky in the most real sense of the word, they got the order wrong too! None of them screw onto the brecelet properly and are so badly detailed. I have been involved in an email battle to get my money back, but I don't know whether that will ever happen, we just seem to go around in circles. Maybe they think I'll give up. I have also made a complaint to internet trading standards, but from what you guys are saying they are going by a different name now, so I don't know how far that will get. Totally duped, a very expensive mistake for someone who only gets disability benefit!

I read and reread this site before purchasing and was convinced the Pandora charms were authentic. Obviously, when I received them, not so, as two would not screw onto my genuine pandora bracelet. When I contacted the site, I was assured that they were 100% genuine and most are marked 925 (if you can believe that)- BUT THEY WERE SENT FROM CHINA. BIG SHOCK! I've put it down to experience and will place the beads on a cheap bracelet.
