They are i believe under different names, i fell into a trap, no contact number, i have sent several emails, i ended up paying via debit/visa, my bank has ordered an investigation, no guarantee i i will get my money back, im out $75.00. SUCH A FOOL, The bank cancelled my bank card immeiately, i have written them several times, no response... and my order shows processing!

Look suspicious because when I tried to buy something it redirected me to an epay site, which means they're using different means to receive payment. Why can't they just get the payment themselves? I wouldn't buy if I were you.

I placed an order on Feburary 9th, which they acknowleged. Now that they are no longer operating under Pandora-DIY will my merchandise still ship and will I still be charged. There is nothing on my credit card. I would prefer to sever all ties with them.

If you have been scammed by pandora-diy.com, as I have, do not accept their ploy to reimburse you your partial refund while allowing you to keep the items. Contact paypal immediately or your credit card company. They will enter a dispute for you and will urge you to send the product back. They give the company 30 days after receiving your product back to give you a full refund. Part of the scam is the partial refund... they are still making money off you, because the shipping for them was free and the materials are of such poor quality that the cost to produce it is minimal. I repeat... THE PARTIAL REFUND IS PART OF THE SCAM... they are expecting complaints and they know that some people will just accept being scammed and seek no vendication. I am currently in battle with them to get my full refund, not a partial. It is your money! And for what? Don't fall into their trap. Let's get these con artists shut down. COMPLAIN and DEMAND your money back... don't REQUEST...
