I cannot go inside but even worse is no rice with my order. This place is SAD! I have one leg but they didn't care..

There is literally no flavor to most of the foods. Crabrangoon was cold and had runny cream cheese. Even the pop wasn't good. Not going back.

After waiting a year for Macedonia OH to open, we ordered today as take out. The food was fresh but had NO TASTE! Our family agrees we will not be returning.

I used to love panda. I don't know what happened with them. But I do have to say in the very beginning. They used to make their own teriyaki sauce. And it was really good while they switched that to having packets of teriyaki sauce and it just wasn't the same period hear it but I Continue to go there at least twice to 3 times a week. I always order The same thing a plate with fried rice and double Chicken teriyaki. I always had to ask for the Teriyaki sauce and I always ask for Extra because I used to put it on my rice but every time I ask for extra I got no extra and no sauce. Like I'm ordering chicken karaoke. But I always have to ask for the teriyaki park period anyway. So a couple months go by, and they're chicken. Got really bad, really fatty. Not high quality like it used to be period now I won't even order the chicken karaoke because I get tired of getting all the way home and having no sauce when they asked me. Did I want sauce and I said yes extra. Period I was really, really disappointed when I got home and that chicken was so disgusting. Like like it's not bad enough that you couldn't make your own sauce. Which all you did was put water in it. You switch to packethat is just ridiculous. Anyway so I asked the lady for beef and broccoli. And she told me that they didn't have it. And they ended up giving me something that started with a m steak... Which wasn't bad but I wasn't expecting that period so I went back this week and I ordered the beef and broccoli. Let me tell you that I had more broccoli than I had beef. I took the picture I was so upset. I wanted to go back. I am just getting very disappointed with their quality. And I am very disappointed with the prices. I'm paying almost $14 for my meal. And they can't even give me. What I order I'm getting double. Which means I should have double the meat double the broccoli. I don't know if it's just this panda on aramingo ave in Philadelphia. But they need a seriously get that store in order or get their business in order. I spend at least 60 to $70 a week. On hand they will not get my business unless they change that chicken and go back to that normal sauce just every time I go there. Now I get nothing but dis. Appointment in the charge me $13 for 5 pieces of tiny little steak, smaller than a nickel is ridiculous. Get it together panda your already over charging people! To top that off, I don't even get a drink with my meal and I'm paying almost $14. Which I was okay with that? Because I used to give you what you paid for but that business is going down the drain.

Just got our usual order from our local Panda Express…. Boy did this place go downhill FAST!
The 3 item combo was 1/3 the "Normal" size.
The white rice tasted cardboard, like it came out of a box, NOT Steamed…
The overall Taste/Quality of the food was very Bad.
We have been loyal, Monthly customers…But, sadly I will NOT go back here again! Now I need to find a new Chinese food place as my regular.!

I went here to purchase dinner on Monday July 17,2023. I order white rice instead of vegetable rice, and when I went in to tell them the manager a young kid, tossed my food with a horrible attitude as if I did something wrong! What? He was the one that messed my order up. I then was like who's the manager? He said I am my chin dropped I couldn't believe! Where is the customer service, there was no I'm sorry about that and correct their mistake instead they gave me attitude! Unreal food is expensive very expensive and to purchase a plate and it's given to you wrong as if they're gifting it to you to you is not fair!
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IS GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

They would not serve me because I was deaf and that is stupid they should serve everyone and not just pass them in line if I could I would give it a 0

I ate at Panda Express for the first (and last) time last night. The WORST food that I have ever gotten from a restaurant. Greasy and disgusting. And the tiny portions make it a complete rip off.

I got 5 $#*!ing chicken here it wasnt $#*! the rice was terrible so was the chicken do not eat here..

The restaurant (if you can call it that) in Center City Philly gives you more food in a Bowl than a plate. They do not give you fortune cookies or sauces if you order online. When you call they are rude.
